A folder still shows the old icon

Finder sometimes keeps an icon in its cache. Select the folder in FoldTone and apply it again, or relaunch Finder (Option + right click the Finder icon in the Dock, then Relaunch).

How do I get a folder's default icon back?

Select the folder in FoldTone and choose Restore Default. macOS puts its standard icon back. Restoring is always free.

I bought Pro but it is not unlocked

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.

My AI credits did not arrive

Credits are added once Apple confirms the purchase. If they are still missing after a few minutes, write to me with the date of the purchase and I will sort it out.

AI says it couldn't check the request

The safety check could not run for a moment. Try again a little later.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
